Privacy Policy — IT Mahjong
Last updated: September 16, 2026
IT Mahjong is published by Stephen Bertrand. This policy describes how the iPhone app handles information.
Data the app does not collect
The app does not create accounts, show ads, include analytics, or send information to a server. There is no tracking across other companies’ apps or websites.
Saved on this device
Game progress, puzzle records, and settings are stored only on this iPhone using Apple’s User Defaults. Uninstalling the app removes that information. It is not copied to iCloud or to the developer.
Camera (optional)
If you turn on Head parallax in Settings, the app uses the front camera through Apple’s ARKit face tracking so the board can follow your viewpoint. Camera frames are processed on this device in real time. They are not recorded, stored, or transmitted. The camera is not used unless you choose Head parallax. You can switch back to Tilt or Off at any time. iOS will ask for camera permission the first time you enable Head parallax.
Motion
Tilt parallax reads the device motion sensors on this iPhone only. Motion data is not stored or sent anywhere.
Children
IT Mahjong is a puzzle game intended for a general audience, including children, with no in-app purchases, ads, or social features.

Changes
We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
